Who’s better to inspect your home than someone who has built them? We have been inspecting homes for the past 8 years and have over 20 years of construction experience under our toolbelts. This experience gives us a unique insight that many inspectors will not have. We take pride in our home inspections and ensure that you receive a highly detailed inspection report and will walk through the inspection answering any questions you may have.
What We Do
We take our time during our inspection to ensure that all aspects of your home or prospective home are in good condition and there are no issues. Whether its internal or external, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, structural or radon, we inspect it without any shortcuts. A missed issue can cause you time and money and we aim to avoid that at all costs by giving you a highly detailed inspection.
Interior & Exterior
We’ll check your home inside and out including the siding, walls, roof, chimney and more.
Heating & Cooling
We’ll make sure your home’s heating and cooling systems are running effectively.
Plumbing
We will inspect your pipes, water heater, and pumps to verify any leaks.
Electrical
We will make sure your power is running safely and is in good working condition.
Basement & Foundation
We will inspect the basic foundation and framing of the home.
Radon Testing
When a radon inspection is requested we provide a report from a Certified National Testing Co. with results from your radon test. If needed, we will provide names of qualified professionals to do remediation.
